What are we looking for?

We are Looking for a passionate Inventory Control Senior Manager!!!

A strong experienced Independent Leader, proactive and efficient problem solver with accurate attention to detail and strategic investigative instinct.

What you would be doing?

  • Fully accountable and responsible for inventory integrity of finished goods in our UK Distribution Centre, Australia Distribution Centre, Hong Kong 3PL, South Korea 3PL, and our Free-Standing Stores in the UK, Europe, and the Asia Pacific
  • Accountable for the successful execution of planning and inventory control strategies including cycle count programs, year-end inventory counts, inventory control processes, and key performance metrics
  • Manage and drive key inventory control projects and initiatives
  • Monitor closely inventory levels with recommended improvements and changes for slow-moving and obsolete inventories to maximize revenues and minimize losses
  • Manage, train, coach, and support inventory control team of 5+ persons located in three different sites in different countries (time zones)
  • Work closely with leaders of Distribution Centres, 3PLs, and Free-Standing Stores to ensure that their teams follow inventory control processes as per the SOPs. Take lead to implement change management strategies for inventory accuracy
  • Plan and lead execution of year-end inventory counts in the facilities and third-party warehouses
  • Oversee Customization area where stock is reprocessed to meet shipping/retailer requirements, and set their priorities based on the deadlines
  • Direct and coordinate cycle counts in DCs, Free-standing stores, and consignment stores, and identify trends or discrepancies in data. Analyse and compare inventory levels, investigate, record, track discrepancies and adjust as needed
  • Investigate any shipping discrepancy that is reported by a DC, store, or retailer

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • 5-10 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment, preferably within an FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office, with a focus on Microsoft Excel. Previous experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required
  • Experience working with ERP systems. Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations experience is a plus
  • Sound understanding of end-to-end supply chain networks and a keen interest in improving operational efficiencies through analysis, deep understanding of Inventory Management principles and systems.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, and stay productive under pressure.
