It was Co-Founded in 2013 by the late Brandon Truaxe, a visionary who set out to change the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. He developed the company with creativity and innovation alongside Co-Founder and CEO, Nicola Kilner.

What we are looking for.

The Business Analyst, Finance is part Product Owner part Business Analyst responsible for driving the enhancements for Finance functions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365) in addition to being the most senior Support resource for both the Business and Technology groups.

This role will be based out of our Toronto Head office.

What you would be doing.

  • Provide overall vision and direction of ERP use in Finance and supporting modules
  • Prioritize scope items related to Finance measuring business impact, complexity, delivery, and training
  • Approval and acceptance of project deliverables – sprint reports, design decisions, CRP test cases, modifications
  • Gathering requirements from multiple sources and translating those requirements to a set of documented needs
  • Translating global and local business needs into application and operational requirements
  • Collaborating with business users to understand their challenges and help solve those challenges by leveraging D365 and supporting systems
  • Working closely with software engineering, project managers, and quality assurance (business users) to translate business requirements into successful technical deliveries
  • Identifying business processes, roles within those processes, and developing workflow diagrams with multiple swimlanes using industry-standard tools
  • Developing business requirements documents, requirements traceability documents, test cases, and test scripts using industry-standard tools
  • Understanding ERP systems required by cosmetics and/or process/discrete manufacturing firms thoroughly enough to hit the ground running

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in an ERP/MRP environment
  • Strong understanding of Procure to Pay (Purchasing, Production, AP Invoicing, AP Payment) & Order to Cash (B2B/B2C Orders, Invoicing, Flow of Goods, Cash)
  • Ability to elicit requirements, document current state and future state business process flows, provide GAP analysis and propose viable solutions to business issues
  • Proficient in financial business processes related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Tax, and Supply Chain Finance (Production and Inventory)
  • Working closely with Finance & Accounting to ensure operational ERP information flows flawlessly into the Financials, specifically AR, AP, and GL
